Mass data processing

metasfresh is designed for processing huge amounts of data. We make sure that all automated data processing tasks that do not involve the user’s immediate feedback are systematically moved to a separate data processing system in the server infrastructure. With this strategy it is possible to execute tasks and work online simultaneously without affecting the user.

Asynchronous processing

The asynchronous data handling feature in metasfresh allows the definition of parallel data processing queues to be worked off on the server. For instance, a processing queue can define the preparation of delivery notes, invoices or PDF documents. Each queue can be assigned an arbitrary number of processors, allowing for the corresponding number of parallel processing systems. This number fundamentally depends on the respective server hardware and is defined correspondingly.

Sequence control

The sequence control feature allows secondary tasks to be run at predetermined time intervals, for instance in the case of regular automatic booking.
