  Extended Dunning Feature, now calculating the invoice due date from flatrate terms due date. #4411

• Some views are failing because #AD_User_ID was not found in context

  Bugfix in WebUI. Views with #AD_User_ID context are now not failing anymore. #1040

• Open PDF from Printing Queue stopped working

  Fixes a Bug when opening a PDF from Printing Queue. Now the PDF is opened again. #1043

• No results when clicking on the looking glass button

  Fixes the cursor hovering magnifying glass icon. Now shown as default cursor. #1043
