Knock Knock! — Who’s there? — Apollo. — Apollo who?
Apollogies for skipping the releases these last few weeks but it was out of our hands. Houston, we had a problem. An Apollo 13 kind of problem? Nah! It was Friday the 13th when it all started. And it was the second one at that this year. The first one was in March, around the time when lockdown measures really tightened for the first time all over Europe and other parts of the world, changing everyday life as we knew it for the remainder of this year. For most, if not all of us, it has been a particularly trying period, but we’ve done our very best to cope with the situation and continue to do so. Holding together and supporting each other even at a distance in these times of need has helped us keep our spirits up and reminded us how strong as a community we really are when working together, because you know what they say, “a problem shared is a problem halved.” And maybe this second Friday 13th in November has called time on this year’s unprecedented events, spawning a glimmer of light on the horizon and making room for change to come. After all, the current developments reported in the news do allow the notion of possibly ending this year with a hopeful outlook on 2021.
